Exchange Conditions

At MEWOKI, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. In case of, Return/Refund/Exchange the following policies would be followed.

Exchange Policy

Exchange Eligibility:

  • We offer exchanges for size or colour within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in unused, unworn, and undamaged condition. The packaging of the product and purchased bill must be handed over to the delivery agent .

 

Exchange Process:

​

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at support@mewoki.in. We will guide you through the exchange process. If the exchange product is not available in stock, we will issue a refund instead.

 

Shipping for Exchanges:

​

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the Exchange item. In case of defective or incorrect items, we will cover the Exchange shipping costs.

Refund Policy

As we follow No Return and No Refund policy.

 

Exceptions to the Policy:​

​

  • Refund is allowed if the requested Size, Fit, or Colour is unavailable in stock.

  • Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

 

Out of Stock for Exchanges:​

​

  • If an exchange cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability, a refund will be issued as a last resort.

 

Refund for Order cancellation:

​

  • If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, you will receive a full refund. If the order has been cancelled during the product in-Transit. The Refund will be issued Deducting the shipping charges.

Damage Or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will Ensure a replacement for the product. In case of stock unavailability we will refund the full payment.
